It was blocked at Christmas time when we were there, but no hassle just do a google search for facebook proxy and you are in.

Just had a trip there recently. When you are using Wifi the site is still blocked, however when you use a cable connection directly to your laptop the page appears.

On my laptop I changed my DNS to: 188.8.131.52 and the alternative was: 184.108.40.206 This worked a charm.
When your in an internet cafe you can always use facebook Lite. www.lite.facebook.com

I used Facebook throughout the month of May while in Ho Chi Minh City without issues (on wifi).

I have had problems in the past but for some reason the laptop now logs in ok everytime if using OpenDNS servers but the mobile phone version, which had been working fine, now no longer wants to play ball! But yes, you can get in.

FYI - Not sure what the story in Vietnam is these days for accessing Facebook, but I just (belatedly) read that Facebook Lite is no longer available. It was taken down in April apparently.
(Apologies for double-posting in multiple threads, but just updating for the sake of sharing info...)
