Hey,
I'm considering booking train tickets from Hue to Hanoi through Vietnam Impressive - I just want to check that it's ok and not dodgy. Has anyone booked tickets through them? If so, can you let me know your experience and whether you'd recommend them.
Thanks!
Lara

Hi Lara I used Vietnam impressive on my trip to Vietnam in June. Had no problems whatsoever. Tickets were delivered to Hotel and were waiting for us.Seats were there: very professional. Also used their visa on arrival with no problems
cheers

Hey swag,
Thanks so much for your reply - has reassured me about booking with them - espesh after nearly booking some bus tickets with a fake Sinh Cafe the other day.
Do you mind me asking how you paid for the booking? I've been given options of Onepay, Western Union transfer or bank transfer. I think my preference would be Onepay as it should be cheaper fees-wise but having never heard of it before would like to check that it's a safe way to pay!
Thanks again!
Lara

Hi Lara ,yes I just used the Onepay system and had no problems. I obviously had to pay a foreign currency conversion from US dollars to AUD dollars but all figures matched up I wasn't over or double charged and for someone that prefers to bank, book, over the internet has to be the way to go. Any other questions even general ones on Vietnam happy to help.
cheers

Hi Swag
What is Onepay system of paying for the tickets. Shall we pay thru credit card?
Do you advise me to book when I reach Hanoi or booking should be done in advance? Is this train crowded or plenty of seats are available? My dates are yet not fixed as I would be visiting Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. Lots of co-ordination is required for hotel and transport bookings. We are taking 9days and 8 night tour - trip code 109 - starts every Monday. But when I went thru their booking chart it was only alternate Mondays. What is your information regarding this? I wrote to them and is still waiting for reply. My whole programme depends on the date I get this train.
enthalled to see that travellers are all out to help.
Keep it up. I am also joining this community.
