We would like to know the current weather in Saigon as we'll be travelling there this coming Wed. Has anyone just returned from the city and what's the current weather like? Have seen some news about flooding in the northern parts of Vietnam, not sure if Saigon is facing the same problem?
Would it be safe to do Mekong tour during the monsoon too? Thanks in advance for any info provided!
