We have purchased a number of tickets on Vietnam Airlines online from the US and need to change a flight but we have had no success getting ahold of them. We've emailed them several times and left voice mail messages (no one answers their phone) and get no response. We're starting to get concerned - has anyone had experience with them?

Usually they are very good, however, at the moment they are dealing with a massive backlog and mess fron all the cancelled flights due to the flooding and wild weather over the past 2 weeks. Even we (in the hotel biz) have had issues contacting them. In one instance all the passengers were at the airport waiting for a flight and there was only one Vietnam airlines employee to answer questions. All the others either could mot make it to work due to floods, or they were sent home due to cancelled flights.
Wait a week or so and try again.
