We would like to make a trip form Chau Doc to Ho Chi Minh. Is there an arranged trip or is better to do to arrange it ourselves.

I'm pretty sure there are no package tours starting in Chau Doc and going to Ho Chi Minh City. Chau Doc is actually a relatively small town with very little English-language tourism, but there are daily buses starting there going to HCMC. The bus may go through Can Tho, or perhaps you'd even have to change buses in Can Tho, but it's all quite cheap and easy. Any hotel there should be able to book you on the next day's bus, and arrange a ride to the bus station as well.
