From SG to PhnomPenh, you can go by bus or by boat, Bus goes every day at 6:00 am, cost: 11 usd/one way, not included visa and food and hotels, If you go by boat, you have to go to Can Tho (180 km from HCMC) or Chau Doc (250km from HCMC). Start from Chau Doc: it will take at lease 5 hours to go. ticket is about 17 usd/one way. Just ticket only.
