We are arriving in HCMC for 3 weeks holiday with our 8 year old daughter, Mid July. We want a week on the beach at Phu Quoc but should we go first in Mid July or leave it to the first week in August? We realise it is rainy season but can't work out whether to head North or South first. Any advice gratefully received.
