Advice on a travel agent

    Hey

    Has anyone used Smile Travel Vietnam? I want to use them to arrange visa but not sure if they are legitimate of not.

    Any advice will be great.

    Hi I have not heard of Smile travel. I had very good service from www.vietnamimpressive.com. They arranged all the visa on arrival stuff, plus pre booked train tickets were delivered to the hotel I was staying at in Hanoi. Very quick service and everything went seamlessly

    The agent you're asking about has been banned repeatedly for spamming Travelfish.

    I wouldn't send my dog to them.
