Possible to buy cell phone?

    I know that it's possible to buy a SIM card for cell phones without problem in Hanoi or HCMC, but wonder if it's possible to buy a cell phone, preferably with something like prepaid minutes? Any details/suggestions would be welcome.

    Yes. 20$ for the brand new Nokia with torch =) thats the cheapest.

    If you want prepaid minutes then buy a prepaid SIM.

    It's very easy to buy one. just go to a mobile shop and tell them what kind of fone you like to buy. Give the money, take the fone. You are done :)

    There are lots of places to top up your sim card. Mobifone have been doing frequent 100% free promotions.

    The phones here are unlocked.
