travel Halong Bay to Cuc Phuong

Hello,
We are going to Vietnam this Saturday but as we only have 2 weeks we are on a pretty tight timetable. We will want to travel from Halong Bay to Cuc Phuong National Park but would like to set off in the afternoon after completing a Halong Bay tour. The Cuc Phuong website says to travel to Nho Quan or Ninh Binh. Is it possible to get from Halong Bay to Nho Quan or Ninh Binh? If so does anyone know if it's a regular connection or how late it runs?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

There are 2 ways to get to Ninh Binh ( Cuc Phuong) from Halong Bay:
+ Bus transfer: There is a public bus from Halong City to Ninh Binh ( Cuc Phuong). It depart everyday. However, it start in the morning thus it is impossible for you to catch this bus as you will get off the Junk ( your Halong Bay trip) in the afternoon. Thus if you would like to take this bus, you will need to spend a night in Halong City.
+ Private transfer: You do not need to spend a night in Halong Bay as it could depart in the afternoon after your Halong Bay trip. However, the cost is quite high than the public bus
Beside that, the public buses is not as convenience as the private transfer and some of them do not have the AC.
