Any suggestions for a fun, funky, on the artsy side accommodation in Hanoi, preferably in the under $60 range? I've found high rise luxury hotels and decent modest accommodations, but still searching for a place with character. I'm thinking I want to be in the Old Quarter (there's all the "funky character" one needs, right?!), but really open for suggestions. Thanks!!
