    Can anyone recommend a good podiatrist in HCMC?

    I assume you need custom orthotics.

    Podiatrists are quite rare in SEA.

    The closest medical specialization you will find to podiatry is either orthopedics or sports medicine. So you could go to a hospital and ask around at those departments.
