Hi,
My family will have about a week trip to Vietnam, how can I find the best tour packages with reasonable cost in most travel companies in Vietnam?

Wide Eyed Tours (www.wideeyedtours.com) and Handspan (www.handspan.com) both get well reviewed. It depends on your budget though - you can go a lot more expensive or cheaper than these two.

You might want to ask that question over on Tripadvisor because most of the regulars here on Fish are independent type (DIY) travelers who avoid organized tours at all cost!

we tend to travel DIY but ended up booking a tour through Loveplanet for Halong Bay - avoid at all costs despite their recommendations in Rough Guide. I've heard good things about handspan.

Just visited Vietnam from May 15-19 2011. We booked our Day tour at Lac Hong Tours (very affordable) and at Vespa Adventures for our Saigon After Dark tour (quite expensive but very reasonable). Try them.
