I am hoping to travel from Dien Bien Phu to Laos in late July. However, I am concerned about road conditions, since this will be during the rainy season.
Does anyone have information about the road conditions at this time of year?
Also, from what I have read, it is the bus ride from hell. But all the forums I've
read are from 5 and 6 years ago. Has anyone done this recently?
