hi all,
We are planning on staying in Nha Trang for 4 nights and then taking the train to Hoi An . The best schedule by train ii think is SE6 depart 20:18 and arrive 05:38 ? would we be able to get from danang to Hoi An this early time in the morning?
If not is there anything we can do in Danang this early?
The alternative would be to get the Sinh tourist open bus which i believe is fairly comfortable and goes direct.
what would you folks suggest from past experience.

You should have no problem getting a taxi or motorbike taxi at that time but according to this site the bus only departs mid-morning, so that's a lot of hanging around to do. You'd have no problem finding somewhere to sit for a coffee and breakfast though. We did the trip in reverse and opted for the bus because it was more direct, so if you can't stretch to a taxi that'll probably be your best bet.

Dear Christine,
5.38 Am not too early. You can catch a taxi from Da nang to Hoi An about 30 mins or a local bus to go there. If you catch a local bus it take about 1 hours. Hope you have a great time in a ancient town
