cycle from haiphong to Cai rong?

    Does anyone know of a reliable bicycle hire place in Haiphong? We are keen to cycle through to Cai Rong and explore some of the islands there? Anyone done that before? would appreciate any suggestions and ideas on where to stay there or boat trips etc. I've heard it's not as busy as Halong Bay. Not keen on any organised tour basis though.
