Do I have enough time in Hanoi??
I dont know if I have total comprehension of the distances, especially in the South so I dont know if I have allowed enough time for travel especially around the Mui Ne/ Nha Trang/ Quang Ngai part of my plan..?
The flights to and from Can Dao are booked already so I cant change that part of the trip but everything else I can still change around..

You'd better book the train and lodging in Sapa ASAP since your dates run right into TET on Jan 23rd

That's a bit harsh! It's only the bit in the middle that I'd say is a bit rushed and messy. Firstly maybe just pick one beach and stay there for a few days or skip Nha Trang / Mui Ne altogether and fly from HCMC straight to Danang. I also wouldn't do the daytrip to Danang: if there's something specific you want to see in Danang then plan it into your journey from Hoi An to Hue, rather than back and forth from Hoi An. Or if you fly direct from HCMC to Danang, spend a day in Danang then to Hoi An then back up to Hue.
Also agree on booking Sapa asap! But maybe keep flexible on Ninh Binh / Tam Coc - you could skip it if you run out of time or just want to relax in Hanoi.
