I am searching for some nice itenaries of things do and see in Can Tho , and also suggestion for a nice route from here to Phu Quoc.

We arrived in CT a couple of days ago, and on our first day we bougth bicycles. Not anything fancy, bu a basic, used bike without gear, but with a basket up front. Yesterday we went on a 8hrs private boat trip to the floating markets etc, and today we repeated it by bike. The coming days we intend exploring Can Tho and the suroundings during several day trips by our own two-wheels.......

To avoid mistakes and the risk of missing out something good, I simply ask for
What should absolutely not be missed?
(and what can be missed!!!)
It is OK for us to park the bike for a day or two, and instead do day trips by local bus.

Timing: We have booked our hotel until end of January, but our next deadline is Feb 9th when we have to be in Phu Quoc (meeting up wit friends from home).

Any suggestion for a nice route bertween CT and PQ? Bus/Boat/Others doesnt matter, but nice to know approx price (and expected comfort level). The only thing we know is that we intend bringing our bikes withus to PQ (bicycling all the way is not an option due to how we have packed).

We intend browsing the differenet buses at the bus-station to see what company (and to what destination) it is possible to bring the bikes - but still it would be nice sharing the experience from others who has spend some time in the Mekong Delta the last years
