Hi Folks,
I noticed this piece on the BBC about renewed interest in Muay Thai in Vietnam:

My question is, do any of you (probably those dwelling locally?) know of anywhere to go and spectate at the amateur bouts? In HCMC or even Hanoi? What's the standard like?
I had originally thought about checking out the Muay Thai in Bangkok when I visit in November (as I was going to be arriving there from the UK) and planning on spending a few days checking out the city before heading off to my main area of interest, Vietnam. However, I've found cheaper flights that bypass Bangkok altogether and start me off in HCMC so might not even make it to Bangkok and thought that this might be a way of taking in at least some boxing while in SEA.
