I am looking to take a cooking course while I am here in Hoi An for the next four days. I heard that this is a great place to learn. I know there are many to choose from, so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or feedback on schools/restaurants they had taken a class with. I want to learn all the basics, and maybe more. Cooking is a favorite hobby of mine and Vietnamese cuisine is something I would like to get a good hold of.
