That's a pretty general question juanaldo!
Bangkok -(bus) Siem Reap -(boat) Battambang -(bus) Phnom Penh -(boat) Chau Doc -(bus) Can Tho -(bus) Rach Gia -(boat) Phu Quoc -(air) HCM would keep you busy for three weeks.
