    Two guys stayed in Bac Ha on 28th April 2012 at Ngan Nga hotel new wing room 508. Hotel charged for $20/night icluded breakfast. But, the next day; 29th April 2012 they did not give back to receiptionist the room key pack with the power supply lock key and also did not pay any fee for the night. How do you think about this guys?
