We are a family of 5 travelling to Vietnam April 2013 for 4 weeks.
We will be arriving the start of April,no flights booked yet.
In regard to weather does anyone have an opinion whether nth to sth or sth to nth would be preferable.
I automatically thought that sth to nth is how we would do it as that is how we travelled Vietnam 17yrs ago but now i am wondering if it would be good to finish with a few days in Pho Quoc at the end.
Is Sapa quite cold at the start of April?
Any thoughts

Some suggestions for your schedule:
Whenever you have free time,you should book flight ticket to get best offer and time which find the most suitable flights soon.
Traveling from the north to the South of Vietnam is a good choice for visitor.
Firstly, Sapa tour at the beginning of Apr. Sapa weather is quite cold and fine (it’s about 17o C),
Visitors are surprised by range of huge mountain, blue Skye and warm welcome of local people here.
You stay some night in Hanoi Old Quarter: see lifestyle of Hanoi people, House style or specific Hanoi cuisine which combination with sightseeing neighbor area: Ninh Binh, Quang Ninh province..
You shouldn’t miss occasion to visit Halong Bay after that
Beautiful and fresh beach located in central of Vienam: Hoi An, Danang…for comfortable and relaxing….
At the end of your trip, Vung Tau or Phu Quoc Island also one of good choice for your family.
