Anyway I post here my comment:
No Volunteering. At All.
I went to the school, found out that now a French-Vietnamese couple lives there and they just give private lessons (don't know anything about the kids the reviewer is talking about) and they sent me to the actual academy, which is a huge Trinity Certification-thing (Nam Ky Khoi Nghia st, 72) and they don't want volunteers, but just teachers and they will ask for an interview for the week after and maybe they will employ you after an assessment.
