In Hanoi? - yes, that's about what hotels charge for a transfer (actually a little low!)

$17 is the best offer for visitor. Most of Hotel also arrange Airport Transfer orpackage included Airport pick up/drop off. After you provide Flight's name andtime, Driver will come to Airport and wait until you come you.
The best way to take transfer from Airport - Hotel in Hanoi by Car arranged by Hotel or Travel Agent in Hanoi. It will be more reliable,safe, get the best offer...than by yourself.

I agree with Best price. You should book a taxi with the hotel where you stay.

Way too much. The average is 8 or 10 for a cab from a trusted company; however, if a first time visitor, maybe it is worth the Xtra few bucks.

Always better to have your hotel arrange the transfer - 17. is a good price
