A group of us will be in Danang for two nights and one of them will be New Year's Eve. Does anyone out there have any recommendations for a fun night in Danang? I'm having a hard time finding options so would love to hear from you guys. Thanks for your help!
There is loads on for the New Year in Da Nang , it depends on what you are looking for. The Waterfront bar on Bach Dang Street is your best bet to drop in and see what the movers and shakers in town have planned - Erik that runs it usually pulls together a great themed night which last year he coordinated with a beach bar in Hoi An arranging a mini bus between the two, Bamboo 2 just down the road from the Waterfront is a cheaper alternative and if you want to see the year in with bleeding ears and a very empty wallet you can always end up at the New, New Phong Dong (I'll leave you to ask about the multiple use of new in its title for when you get here) which is a Vietnamese night club, it's brilliant with a crowd and will make a pretty memorable new year, just be prepared to order by the bottle and we are talking spirits here. Might be worth checking the group Eastside Da Nang on facebook nearer the time.
