Where to for a banging new years in Vietnam??

    Hi,

    We're two 23 y.o. girls who will be traveling Vietnam in December and are trying to settle on the best place to spend NYE. We've considered HCMC, Hanoi and Nha Trang. Which of these would be best for a great party / atmosphere and are there any other locations you can suggest? Thanks!
