Hi all, is it better to have an airline ticket in hand before applying on line for travel visa in Vietnam? Or? Thanks.

Yes, I would buy the ticket first - VOA only takes 2 days for turnaround

I agree with above.
If you are just a tourist, then the VISA will be granted - unless you are on a blacklist.
But the ticket so you don't miss out ar end up missing out on the cheapies. Sometimes the VISA on arrival people want flight details in the application.
