This is an itinerary I have come up with for a 18 night stay in Vietnam and Cambodia. Any advice at all on any of it would be fantastic.

Arrive - Hanoi (Noi Bai) International Airport @ 8:15am (NO SLEEP)
23rd/24th 1 Night Accommodation @ ?
Activities - city tour, museum, zoo, architecture, etc.
24th/25th 1 Night Accommodation @ ?
In the morning book Bus -> Boat -> Bus to Cat Ba Island (all booked through “Hoang Long†Transport Company) at the Luong Yen bus station.
(CAT BA ISLAND)
Arrive in the afternoon. Chill out. Maybe get motorbikes.
25th/26th 1 Night Accommodation @ ?
Day Tour Limestone islands, snorkeling, swimming, kayak etc.
26th/27th 1 Night Accommodation @ ?
Chill out, maybe motorbikes?
Lunchtime..Bus -> Boat -> Bus to Hanoi (all booked through “Hoang Long†Transport Company)

Arrive in the afternoon/sundown.
27th/28th 1 Night Accommodation @ ?
Fly to Da Nang in the morning taxi from Da Nang to Hoi An.

28th/30th 1 Night Accommodation @ ?
Chill, shopping, etc.
30th/1st 1 Night Accommodation @ ?
Breaky then private transport to Hue (via Da Nang) in the morning. Stop at Da Nang museum, go over Hi Van Pass maybe stop at Lang Co Beach, 4-5hrs when travelling over the pass.

Chill, shopping, etc.
2nd/3rd 1 Night Accommodation @ ?
Breaky, chill out.
Train (2hrs) from Hue to Da Nang fly to HCMC
