We have just arrived in Hoi An from Hanoi and have 6 days to chill then we plan to go to Nha Trang (any idea how long there, we have another 25 days after we leave Hoi An) then to Mui ne again any ideas how long would be good there? then Ho Chi Min, Mekong Delta and may be Phu Ouoc island - some idea of time scale in each place would be so useful. thanks - merry christmas.

I'd allow at least a week on Phu Quoc Island and 3-4 days in Saigon. If you overland through the Delta to reach Rach Gia (for Phu Quoc) I'd recommend My Tho for a night, and Can Tho for at least two nights.
Mui Ne is popular - perhaps 3-4 nights there?
