VietNam is about to put in place new processes for flights TO and FROM Australia, HongKong and TaiWan.
They intend to segregate passengers on these flights and give them special handling to detect and intercept drugs, etc. They have some cute little dogs and beefed up X-ray machines.
The extreme penalty for drugs that frequently amount to 'personal' amounts in some countries is death in VietNam, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore.
