Starting from the 6th of july I will be travelling through Vietnam and Cambodia. Can anybody tell me the best beaches to visit during that period (rainy season)?

Hi stefanovic,
July is pretty wet on both the Cambodian coast and the Mekong Delta, but in central Vietnam -- Nha Trang and north up to Da Nang, you should do better.
You can read a summary of Vietnam's weather system here and Cambodia's weather system here.

Oh no! I guess I didn't take this into account when I planned my trip.
I'll be in the area as well during July - August. I was planning on going to Phu Quoc Island but now that I saw the weather pattern I'm afraid it'll be a waste of my time. Maybe I'll head up to Nha Trang instead. :(
