Try airasia.com. I flew with them from Hanoi to Bangkok for about $70 dollars and I know they also haev flights from Bangkok to the islands. they are a discount airline so they'll charge you for overwieght luggage etc. but flight was great. Vietnam airlines also sometimes has deals.
