Hello.
If I plan on travelling from Bangkok to Ho Chi Min and then to Koh Samui or another Thai island...do I need to fly back to Bangkok first?
I'll be flying into Bangkok and want to visit Koh Samui and Ho Chi Min.
Can anyone suggest the best way to make the trip? Domestic flights if possible!!
:)

Hi Alison24,
As far a I know you'll need to go back through Bangkok.
HCM isn't well served by the budget carriers, and Samui is a Bangkok Airways only airport, and they don't fly to HCM. So, I'd say Bkk-HCM-BKK then BKK-Samui-BKK.
Fot the Bangkok Samui flight, look into Bangkok Airways first and last flights of the day -- they're often quite a bit cheaper than those in the middle of the day.
