Has anyone stayed at the Century Riverside Hotel in Hue? Any advice/ experiences?

This hotel is located between Le Loi and the Perfume River next to the Huong Giang Hotel - the one with the casino.
It is popular with tour operators and its car park is filled with buses.
Better hotels are similar cost are available in Hue, what are you looking for?
The SaiGon Morin is a classic hotel, the L'Residence is another winner as is the Hue Villa.
