It is located mid-way between Hoi An and Cua Dai beach which means you will need wheels of some description to get to either (2.5 kilometres either way).
Being on the banks of the sewage laden river you will also need mosquito repellent (SOFELLA is very good and available in VN).
There are resorts nearer / on the beach - Nam Hai, Palm, Victoria. Avoid the Golden Sands - it has problems.
