Yes there are, via HCMC.

VietNam Airlines will, for significantly increased fares thanks to the collapsed USD$ and increased oil prices, take you from Phu Quoc to HCMC and then from HCMC to Cam Ranh Bay - where the airport for Nha Trang is now located.

A USD$2 bus ride will take you north into Nha Trang.
