Does anyone know how to get from Chau Doc to Mui de and if so how long it takes? I want to go to both places then end up in Ha Chi Minh City.
Also is it easy to buy tickets for the busses and boats when out there?
any help will be much appriciated!
thanks
You will have to go through HCMC as it is the south's major city.
The good news is that when you arrive all you have to do is to get to the Mai Linh Express office located at 400A Le Hong Phong, District 10 where they have buses leaving for Mui Ne on an hourly basis, which is 6 hours away, and this will let you escape HCMC quickly.

You'll most likely need to go through Ho Chi Minh City to get to Mui Ne and it's straightforward to organise bus transport between each point.
