Hi

Alas i am a red head and tend to become a crispy critter in the sun.

Does anyone know if i will be able to get high factor sun screen in vietnam or do i need to stock up before i go?

Best to bring your own - not too many products over here.

And if you use contact lens - bring fluid; tampons are scarce over here, so bring a supply of these too.

Most everything else is available in local stores and supermarkets - even Green Tea flavoured toothpaste.

They have a great smelling Japanese anti-mosquito cream called Soufell - onlyUSD$2 for a large one - at pharmacies here.
