Yes, you read the title right.

I've just been editing our Bac Ha coverage, and came across the following in a review for a guesthouse there:

"Still, the best value for the price of all the budget places we saw, and the owner here can cook you up an authentic dinner for a song. We left the choice up to her though, and got sausages made of dog intestines. So, maybe be more specific than we were."

Don, our primary Vietnam researcher has a penchant for giving most things a try - and while we've got a Vietnam foodie feature from him on the way, personally I'd probably take a pass on dog-hot-dogs... what about you?

Somtam is another who subscribes to the theory of eating anything that can't run away (and you wouldnt need to run fast to get away from him). He has an amusing story about quaffing down live octopus in Maroc - he thought it was a delicacy, but the waiter actually just wanted to see if he'd eat it.

So how about you? Is there anything you wouldn't eat?
