Any feedback would be very welcome as I solidify our trip in July. Thank you.

Day 1 Boat from Phenom Penh to Chau Doc (Stay Overnight in Cau doc)

Day 2 Explore area around Chau Doc (Tra Su Bird Sancuary, Tup Duc Hill, stay overnight)

Day 3 Boat? to Vinh Long (stay overnight)

Day 4 Explore Vihn Long and surroundings (stay overnight)

Day 5 Bus to Saigon (overnight in Saigon)

Day 6 Explore Saigon (Chu chi tunnels, War reminents.. etc. Stay overnight)

Day 7 Fly to Danang, hire car to Hoi An (stay overnight)

Day 8 Explore Hoi An (SCUBA, shop, beach, stay overnight)

Day 9 Explore Hoi An (More SCUBA, shop, beach, stay overnight)

Day 10 Taxi to Back Ma National Park (Hike, stay overnight)

Day 11 Taxi to Hue (Explore Hue, Stay overnight)

Day 12 Hue (explore tombs, enjoy Hue)

Day 13 Day Explore Hue, catch overnight train to Hanoi

Day 14 Explore Hanoi (Stay overnight)

Day 15 Ha Long Bay Cruise (overnight)

Day 16 Ha Long Bay Cruise, then back to Hanoi(stay overnight)

Day 17 Explore more of Hanoi (French quarter/Mausoleum, sleep overnight)

Day 18 Fly to Thailand

Looks good to me -- my only comment would be to take the bus from Chau Doc to Vinh Long and once you're there would recommend doing a homestay across the river rather than staying in Vinh Long proper.
