My overnight train from Sapa arrives at 5:30A Hanoi, the flight to SGN leaves at 8:30A. The flight from SGN home to NYC leaves at 12:45P.
Is there enough time allowed to make all this happen or should I consider an extra night in SGN before the trip to NYC?

I have a similar enquiry. (I hope you don't mind, metropical)
My overnight train from Sapa arrives in Hanoi around 5:30am as well, then I have a flight to KL at 9:20am, and a flight home that evening.
Not worried the flight home, but how long does it take to get from the train station to Hanoi airport?

one of the tour ops got back to me today and said 1:15 train station to Hanoi airport.
