I posted earlier about trying to find flights from anywhere (preferably Cambodia or Singapore) to Danang.
I had found the tiger air flight from singapore. for the past couple of weeks, the price was showing up sometimes as SG$301, sometimes as SG$192, both of which were no good compared to the flights to Hanoi or HCM for just SG$40. So I was waiting around for prices to change, but my friend booked the ticket for her and her boyfriend anyways.
Well, Saturday they got an email saying the flight had been canceled. Sure enough, I've been checking the websites today, and even though Da Nang is still an option on the pulldown list on Tiger's homepage, no flights come up for August or september.... guess we'll be taking the train. tht sounds nice, at least.
Just sharing some info....
