Laundry (wash) service is available at / through hotels. Pricing should be VND5000 in the south, higher in the north (in the winter they have to use heating to dry the clothes).
In larger centres they price by the item whereas in smaller centres they often weigh the wash and charge around VND7000 / kilo.
Good washing powders are available at convenience stores in VND3000 packets which are usually enough to see an average traveller through their trip.
In the backpacker areas you will see ll manner of people advertising washing services. Dry cleaning is available but usually takes two days.

Easy peasy to find. If your guesthouse won't look after it, just ask at the front desk for guidance.
