Travel from Saigon - Bangkok

    I need to get to Bangkok quick and cheap from Saigon. I've looked up flights and the cheapest is $170 (this is because I am flying next week). Does anyone know how long the bus takes from Saigon to Bangkok and how much does it cost? Also, any suggestions for bus companies?

    Your help is greatly appreciated.
