are there any other low cost airlines in vietnam except jetstar?????

Assuming you mean domestic carriers -- no.
Air Asia and Tiger both fly there from other countries.

Vietnam's low-cost domestic airline is Pacific Air---very cheap--about $35 from HCMC to Nha Trang

While Vietnam Air is not considered an LCC, their prices are low. I paid approx. $65. one way for SGN-DAD.

Pacific airlines team up with Jetstar and is now called Jetstar Pacific. You can book your ticket on www.jetstar.com

We have just returned from VN & found that both Vtnam air & jetstar were pretty much the same in fares. that is providing you either pay for your flights there or gett an agent to do it for you. Booking from outside the country with Vietnam air is heaps more.
