Sa Dec makes a decent stop in the Mekong Delta. It is seldom in any guide in spite of some attractions :
- a relatively nice town organised around a canal
- flower wholesale activities upstream (flower growers, traders, pots all over the place being charged on trucks)
- interesting temples
- nice views from up the cao dai temple's towers.
Plus, Marguerite Duras lived in town and her novel "L'Amant"/"The Lover" begins there.
Cheers
