hello
we are actually in cambodge heading to vietnam and we would like after week go straight to thailand without repaying a cambodian visa. any suggestion welcome we have already checked the flyight option but too expensive for our budget,

Welcome to Travelfish!
Your only option is overland through Laos and the Laos visa will cost at least as much as a Cambodian one. You can also fly Hanoi to Bangkok with Thai Air Asia which has some very low rates, but you'll need to get to Hanoi first.

That's right, starting prices AirAsia 20 USD for Hanoi to Bangkok. Check the website www.airasia.com. If you're not going up to Hanoi you'll have to turn back or shoot thru Laos. Better go up to Hanoi and buy your tickets asap over the net (attention: almost no flexibility to change and many delays).

A Laos Visa will cost you $30
A Cambodia Visa will cost you $20
As others have said a flight with someone like Air Asia is probably your best bet - head over to http://www.airasia.com
