We are only staying overnight in HCMC and flying out next morning - any suggestions for a reasonable place to stay?

We're probably in the flashpacker range. We arrive late night (from long flight) and think we will be leaving early in morning to take a bus to Siem Reap that leaves from 197 Pham Ngu Lao (Sapaco office), so what we need is somewhere comfortable where we can get a good sleep and close to the Sapaco office. (will post a separate message about bus) We've read about Madame Cucs and Miss Loi's but not sure how close to that office.
