Just a query for anyone who has been to ha long bay;
Do you know if it is possible to hire out your own boat for the day instead of having to go with tour operators? I mean any sort of boat; dingy, canoe...

Hi lodge,
U can go from Hanoi to Halong by any kind of transportations (motorcycle, car, bus, helicopter ???… ).
And then….It able to hire your own boat in Office of Halong bay Management Department at Halong Wharf. For more information about: boat type, cruising route, time, price…
